These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sellaroshop.com and the products sold by Sellaro Group d.o.o. ("SellaroGroup", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. If a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Health claims and intended use

SellaroGroup products are designed to support general wellness and recovery in dogs. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new therapy for your dog, especially if your dog has a serious medical condition, is taking medication, or is pregnant.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you authorize SellaroGroup to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes, VAT, and fees. Orders are subject to acceptance — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailable inventory.

5. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds, warranty, and EU consumer rights are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have statutory rights that cannot be limited by these Terms, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our 60-day promise extends these rights significantly.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product names — is owned by Sellaro Group d.o.o. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as permitted by applicable law.
